I am Mario Marusic and have been paraplegic (quadriplegic) since 2009 due to a swimming accident/fall. Before my accident, I was an enthusiastic DJ and my primary goal was to return to DJing as soon as possible after the accident. During my initial rehabilitation period, I started looking for replacement mouse devices so that I could control the computer precisely. My dream was to get people dancing again. After testing various devices, I came across the Integra Mouse and it was the perfect tool to pursue my passion. It was a newspaper article in which I was pictured with the IntegraMouse that drew LIFEtool's attention to me. Soon an intensive contact developed and I became an IntegraMouse ambassador, telling my story and experiences with the mouse via the media and at congresses. As I use the mouse intensively, I am a power user and was also involved in the development as a tester. The fact that I have now been working at LIFEtool as a Research & Development employee since April 2021 makes me proud and I am very happy to be part of the LIFEtool family.

At LIFEtool, I conduct IntegraMouse tests on mobile devices and participate in research and consulting in the field of accessible gaming.
